Disposal of your old 
appliance

Old appliances are not worthless 
rubbish! Valuable raw materials can be 
reclaimed by recycling old appliances.

identified in accordance with 
the European directive 2002/
96/EG on Waste Electrical 
and Electronic Equipment – 
WEEE. The directive specifies 
the framework for an EU-wide 
valid return and recycling of old 
appliances.
