When temperatures between 105 °C and 120 °C are
set, the cooking time is reduced. This means that even
more nutrients and vitamins are retained when steam-
ing.
Configuring the Steam heating function
Requirement:
The cooking compartment has cooled
down sufficiently.
1. Fill the water tank.

2. Press to switch the appliance on.

Press "Steam".
4. Turn the control element Twist Pad Flex or swipe left
or right on the display to select steaming.
5. Press "Steam".
6.
Press "Temperature".
7. Turn the control element Twist Pad Flex or swipe left
or right on the display to select the temperature.
8. Press to confirm the setting.

If does not appear, the setting is applied im-
mediately.
9.
Press "Cooking time".
10. Turn the control element Twist Pad Flex or swipe left
or right on the display to select the duration.
11. Press to confirm the setting.

Reheat
"Reheat" can be used to warm up food that has already
been cooked, or bread and pastries from the day be-
fore, without affecting their quality.

Dough proving
Yeast dough proves considerably more quickly using
"Dough proving" than at room temperature, and it will
not dry out.
