How to connect the cable to the NEB extender
The picture below show the right way to connect 2 NEB extender. Connecting the NEB extender in
another configuration will make the installation more sensitive to external noise.
Colors:
o
PWR: Brown and Brown/white
o
NDA: Green/white
o
NCL: Orange/white
o
GND: Green and Orange (Shield only connected at the control unit side)

o
You can try a few things:Always use a Neets power supply to power the Neets control system.
o
Use a higher quality cable.
o
Shorten the cable if possible. Maybe test with a shorter cable.
o
Ask the customer if they have any other equipment that powers on/off, transmits/receives, or
does other things that could cause Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI).
