3.4.1 RS-422 Input
When using RS-422 for input, connect a differential input via twisted pair as
shown in figure 3-4-2.
For correct operation, make sure to connect GND.
With RS-422, multiple receivers can be connected to one driver.
In such a case, only terminate the furthest receiver.
On this camera, setting the Terminate setting to ON activates the terminator.
Notes:
Do not terminate multiple receivers. The signal level will decrease and the
signal will not be received correctly.

3.4.2 LVDS Input
When using LVDS for input, connect in the same way as for RS-422, as Figure
3-4-2.
Again, be sure to set Terminate to ON and activate the terminator. If the
terminator is not activated the signal may not be received correctly.
Notes:
The LVDS Multidrop function is not supported. Only connect 1 device per
driver.
If you need to send the signal to multiple cameras, it is possible to use the
camera’s external trigger output for a cascade connection.
