Door Phone & Door Lock Release
When the visitor presses the button on the door unit
the pre-defined group of telephones will ring with a
door chime tune.
To speak to the visitor lift the handset of the one of the
ringing telephones. You can have a conversation with
the visitor.
If there is also a door lock installed you can release
the lock by pressing the FLASH key whilst you are
talking to the visitor.
The door lock will be released for 10 seconds to allow
the visitor to open the door.
Answering a door phone
call
Your telephone will ring with a
door chime tune.
Lift the handset
Speak to the visitor.
Go on hook
to end.

Releasing a door lock
You must have answered the
door phone call first before you
can release the door lock.
Press FLASH
Example:
FLASH
You will hear a confirmation
beep.
The door lock will be released
for 10 seconds.
