commercial online service or Internet
Fax Service to NEC’s Technical Support Services
Internet World Wide Web and NEC’s FTP Site
NEC’s Technical Support Services (U.S. customers
only).
If you have access to a modem and/or fax machine
(telephone for Technical Support), you can use the above
services to obtain information about your system at any
time, day or night, seven days a week. (This service is not
available for international customers.)
Not only do these services provide general information
about your system, they can also be used to answer your
questions and help solve any problems you may have with
your system, should that ever be necessary.
