On-Site Service 

If NECAM requires and authorizes o n-site service for yo ur 
repair, a q ualified technician will arrive at yo ur locatio n o n the 
Next B usiness Day fro m the time o f d isp atch. If yo u are 
located o utside o f a service co verage area, travel charges  will 
be applied. 

All parts or systems returned to NECAM must be acco mp anied 
with an RMA (Return Material Authorizatio n) number.  To 
obtain an RMA number for product return, please contact the 
SigmaBlade Server Technical Support line at:

Limitation of Damages and Implied Warranties 

 

NEC Corporatio n o f America's sole liab ility for any defective 
product is limited to the repair or replacement o f the product 
at o ur optio n. NEC Corporatio n o f America shall not be liable 
for: 

1.

 

Damage to other property caused b y any defects in this 
product, damages based upon inco nvenience, lo ss o f use o f 
the product, loss o f time or data, co mmercial lo ss; or 

2.

 

Any o ther damages o f any kind. 

NEC CO RPORATIO N O F AM ERICA M AKES NO OTH ER 
EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS 
PRODUCT.  ANY IM PLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING 
BUT NO T LIM ITED TO  ANY IM PLIED WARRANTY OF 
M ERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, ARE LIM ITED IN 
DURATIO N TO TH E TERM  OF TH E EXPRESS 
WARRANTY STATED HEREIN.  LIABILITY FOR 
CONSEQUENTIAL O R INCIDENTAL DAM AGES UNDER 
ANY WARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED TO TH E EXTENT 
PERM ITTED BY LAW.
