Chapter 4 Hardware Setup

Install the disk array controller in a server in the following procedure.

Check

Before installation, always refer to the User

‟s Guide of the server. The job

flow varies depending on the server type or system configuration. Check
the server type and system configuration before installation to perform the
setup correctly.

Start setup.

Prepare for setup.

Install the disk array controller.

Connect internal cables.

Install HDD.

Power on the server.

Configure BIOS of the server.

Run Web BIOS.

Create Virtual Disk.

Check Consistency.

Finish setup.
