Repair may not be possible in the following
cases:
• When a repair co u nter j u dge s the ca us e of malf u nction
i s expo su re to water (Example: when wet-indication
s ticker react s )
• When, a s a re su lt of in s pection, corro s ion i s fo u nd d u e
to expo su re to water, conden s ation or s weat, or any of
the internal board s are damaged or deformed (damage
to the microUSB connector or LCD or cracked body
co
u ld be the ca s e a s well)
* Since the s e condition s are o u t s ide the s cope of the
warranty, any repair s , if at all po ss ible, will be charged.
After expiration of the warranty
All repair s that are req u e s ted are charged.
Precautions
Never modify thi s prod u ct or acce ss orie s .
• Doing s o may re su lt in fire, inj u rie s , or malf u nction s .
• The modified prod u ct may be repaired only if the owner
agree s that all modified part s are re s tored to the
original condition. However, repair s may be ref us ed
depending on the modification s .
The following ca s e s may be con s idered a s
modification s .
- A s ticker on portion s su ch a s of the LCD or key s .
- Decoration s attached to thi s prod u ct us ing adhe s ion
bond, etc.
- Part s su ch a s the exterior, changed to other than
s tandard.
- Malf u nction and damage d u e to modification s will be
repaired at the owner' s expen s e, even if the warranty
period i s s till effective.
The model plate m us t not be removed from thi s prod u ct.
The model plate certifie s that thi s prod u ct s ati s fie s
technical s tandard s .
It s ho u ld be noted that if the plate i s removed or i s
replaced with a different plate, and the original model
plate cannot be verified, it may di
s q u alify the prod u ct
from repair s d u e to not being able to determine the
technical s tandard s of that partic u lar phone.
Note that the s etting s and other information may be re s et
(cleared) a s a re su lt of malf u nction, repair or other
handling of the prod u ct. In thi s ca s e, make the s etting s
again.
When the repair i s exec u ted, MAC addre ss of Wi-Fi /
Bl u etooth addre ss in the prod u ct may be changed
regardle ss of repaired part.
Magnetic component s are us ed in part s of thi s prod u ct
a s de s cribed below. Do not allow credit card s or other
device s that are v u lnerable to magneti s m to come into
contact with the phone.

immediately power off the prod u ct, remove the battery

depending on the extent of the damage.
