9-9. SCREEN File Creation
The SCREEN file includes the items mentioned below, which are the setting information of the projector.
• Display area information
• Information about the anamorphic lens that is used
• Cropping information about the projection image for the screen being used
To create a SCREEN file, do so with [Title Edit] under the Advanced menu.
One creation method is to call an existing file, make changes, and then save the file, and another method is
to create a new file; however, the basic operations are the same and the method of creating a new file will be
described here.
New Creation
1. Click [Advanced] of the setting screen tree, then click
[Title Edit] of the level below.
2. Selection of the TITLE
Switches the projector to the title of a SCREEN file.
The currently active (projected) title is the one that has the red mark
at the left of the No. of the Title Edit screen.
3. Double click the Title.
The [Title Edit] screen will appear.
4. Click [Setting] of the SCREEN File
The [SCREEN File Setup] screen will appear.
5. Enter in [Anamorphic Factor] the magnification of the
anamorphic lens being used.
When an anamorphic lens is not being used, enter "1".
