Adding an Entry
To add an entry to the Personal directory, press the function key for Add
on the Personal Directory window. The Add Personal Directory Entry
window displays ( Figure 6-13 ).

Step 1
Using the dial keys, enter the new entry name in the
Name
field. (See
Entering Text Using the Dial Keys
in this chapter.) Press the cursor key
down to select the category list. Other optional steps:
—Press the cursor key left/right to scroll through the category list and
select a category. When selected, press the cursor key down to select
the
Value field.
Example: Select the Primary Number category from the list.
Personal Corporate Inbound Outbound
Function Key Function
OK Saves all values and adds the new entry to your Personal Directory.
Cancel Returns to the Personal Directory window without adding the entry.
Apply
Adds an entry with the current information and refreshes the screen
so another entry can be added.
Set Sets the value.
Clear
Clear the selected Category value, selects the next in the category
list, and sets focus to the Value field.
