Error No. Message Cause/action
Cause An incorrect ECC address was entered. ER11 ECC address error.
Action Check the entered ECC address and reexecute.
Cause The target microcontroller is not blank. ER12 Blank check.. Failed
Action Erase the target microcontroller with the Erase command.
Cause The target microcontroller cannot be erased. ER13 ROM Erase.. Failed
Action The microcontroller may be damaged.
Cause A write error was detected at address XXXXXXH. ER14 Program.. Failed at XXXXXXH
Action Erase the device with the Erase command and execute writing
again.
Cause An error was detected during writing. ER15 Cannot program.
Action Erase the device with the Erase command and execute writing
again.
Cause A verify error was detected at address XXXXXXH. ER16 Verify.. Failed at XXXXXXH
Action Erase the device with the Erase command and execute writing
again.
Cause An error was detected during verification. ER17 Verify error.
Action Erase the device with the Erase command and execute writing

Action Erase the specified block with the Erase command.
Cause The specified block cannot be erased. ER1C ROM Erase.. Failed BLOCK xx
Action The specified block may be damaged.
Cause A verify error was detected in the specified block. ER1D Verify error BLOCK xx
Action Erase the block with the Erase command, and re-execute writing.
Cause Excessive erasing was detected in the specified block. ER1E Device error BLOCK xx
Action The microcontroller may be damaged.
Cause A pre-write error was detected in the specified block. ER1F Erase setting error. BLOCK
Action The microcontroller may be damaged.
Cause The TYPE settings cannot be saved to the PG-FP3. ER20 Cannot save TYP.
Action The internal flash memory in the PG-FP3 may have been
destroyed.
Cause The master ROM mounted in the socket is not supported. ER21 PROM different type.
Action Replace the master ROM with the one supported by the PG-FP3.
Cause An abnormal condition was detected in the PG-FP3 memory. ER22 System flash error.
Action The internal flash memory in the PG-FP3 may have been
destroyed.
Cause The memory in the PG-FP3 cannot be accessed. ER23 Flash time out error.
Action The internal flash memory in the PG-FP3 may have been
destroyed.
