Upgrading Your Server 9-19

Installation

Take the following steps to install the 3.5-inch device.

See the section "Preparing for Installation and Removal" described earlier to prepare.

Unlock the front bezel with the security key, and remove the front bezel.

Remove a screw and remove the additional tray.

Pull the SCSI cable and power cable being formed in 3.5-inch device bay out of the
server.
