Attach the left and right rear mounting brackets to the rear of the rack using
Phillips flange head screws supplied.
4.
Attach the left front and rear mounting brackets to each other using three of
the Phillips-head self-tapping screws and flat washers supplied.
See Figure 18.

Attach the right front and rear mounting brackets to each other using three of
the Phillips-head self-tapping screws and flat washers supplied.
6. Securely tighten the all Phillips screws installed in steps 1 through 5.
