SKILL AND TRAINING REQUIRED FOR SERVICING

This Service Manual is designed for technicians who have the necessary mechanical and electrical

knowledge and skills to reliably test and repair the Spin/Relief Grinder. For those without the background, service

can be arranged through your local distributor.

This Manual presumes that you are already familiar with the normal operation of the Grinder. If not, you should

read the Operators section of this manual, or do the servicing in conjunction with someone who is familiar with its

operation.

Persons without the necessary knowledge and skills should not remove the control box cover or attempt any

internal troubleshooting, adjustments, or parts replacement.

If you have questions not answered in this manual, please call your distributor. They will contact the

manufacturer if necessary.

Throughout this manual we refer to torque

requirements as "firmly tighten" or the like.

For more specific torque values, refer to the

information

below.

Bolts Going Into a Nut, or Into a Thread Hole in

Steel.

Refer to the table at the right.

Use the Grade 2 values in the table at the right.
