Troubleshooting and corrective actions

Cannot connect to Orderman
radio network

Check the cables and power supply
to the OMB4
Range exceeded
Change position of the OMB4
accordingly

Check the OMB4 network cable

Warning
A OMB4 is not available. Can
have the following causes:
Grouping is incorrect
Connection to the
OMB4 is interrupted (in
this case at least all
other OMB4s will show
a yellow status indicator
as well)
The OMB4 has
detected a radio based
disturbance on its radio
channel.
The installation should be checked
with System Center 2.
Check the Grouping setting inside
System Center 2.
Check if there are any other radio
signals on a similar frequency.
Host system is switched off or
network problem at host.
Check firewall settings.
