Installation Procedure

17. Re-install the Lock Assembly (removed in the Dissasembly Procedure) using the new

Factory Lock Gasket (497-0514641) in place of the removed and discarded old gasket.

a. Make sure that the lock is in the locked position. Insert Lock Cylinder into the

front of Lock Cavity keeping in mind the mark made when the lock was
removed in the Disassembly Procedure.

Note:

Make sure that the Lock Seal does not become dislodged and is present

between the Lock Cylinder face and the front side of the OPT Dial Assembly.

b. Use a 7/8" deep-well socket to thread the Mounting Nut onto the back side of the

Lock Cylinder, fastening the Lock Cylinder to the OPT Dial.
