SKIP PROP
•
Ensure the dumper is parked in a
straight position on firm level
ground in an area that it will not
cause an obstruction to others.
•
Put the FNR lever to the neutral
position.
•
When the engine is running, tip the
skip by pushing forward on the
lever.
•
Remove the ‘R’ clips from the safety
prop pin stored in position (A) and
fit prop around the ram rod in
position (B). Insert pins (C) and fit
R clips
clip to secure in position. Lower the
skip gently until it stops.

If the pins, folded channel or “R” clip become lost get replacements from
NC. Never use a substitute prop or work under an un-propped skip.
