DANGER:
‐
ALWAYS
use
the
body
prop
when
carrying
out
any
maintenance
under
the
body.
ALWAYS
empty
the
trailer
before
using
the
body
prop.
NEVER
enter
the
danger
zone
between
the
door
and
rear
chassis
without
engaging
the
door
prop
pins.
ALWAYS
ensure
hydraulic
oil
is
depressurised
and
cooled
before
carrying
out
maintenance.
Body
Prop
Before
carrying
out
any
maintenance
under
the
body:
‐
1)
Ensure
body
is
empty.
2)
Raise
body
using
tipping
cylinder
to
approximately
30
degrees.
3)
Stop
tractor,
apply
the
park
brake
and
remove
the
key.
4)
Remove
locking
pin
from
the
body
prop
and
lift
the
prop
from
the
storage
position
until
it
is
resting
against
the
back
stop
5)
Lower
the
body
slowly
until
its
weight
is
resting
on
the
prop
To
lower
the
body,
reverse
the
above
procedure
and
secure
the
prop
using
the
pins.
Door
Prop
Before
carrying
out
any
maintenance
to
the
door
or
in
the
surrounding
area
ensure
the
door
pins
are
engaged:
‐
1)
Fully
close
the
door.
2)
Stop
tractor,
apply
the
park
brake
and
remove
the
key.
3)
Remove
R
‐
clip
for
prop
pin.
4)
Move
prop
pin
from
storage
position
and
place
into
locking
position.
5)
Refit
R
‐
clip
6)
Repeat
at
the
opposite
side
of
the
trailer.
To
lower
the
door,
reverse
the
above
procedure.
