Changing Injector
Warning! The ON – OFF gas valve must be on UP position and CLOSED when changing the
nozzles.
a. Main Burner
-
Unscrew the bolt, remove nozzle holder and then change the nozzle with the new
gas type
-
Adjust it correctly the distance H from Primary Air Adjuster
b. Pilot Burner
-
Unscrew the bolt and change the pilot nozzle with the new gas type.
WARNING!
After doing conversion please remember to:
-
Attach an indelible sticker on technical data plate with the new installation data.
- Fix the new seals on the regulated parts (Primary Air Bushes and Main Injector).
- Take pressure test of gas circuit and check for leaks.
- Properly control Gas Range work according to these instructions.
- Please check main burners’ cross-lighting, stability, and flame factor.
