The Naxer Tech Limited warrants to the purchaser that this product, under normal use and conditions, will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. If a product proves defective during this warranty period, NTL, at its
option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide an exchange for the defective product.
In order to obtain service under this warranty, the purchaser must notify NTL of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make
suitable arrangements for the performance of service. The purchaser shall be responsible for appropriate packaging and shipping with a carrier
designated by NTL, with shipping charges paid by recipient (NTL).
This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care,
alterations, mishandling or accidents. NTL shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty to costs incurred for installation, to
correction of antenna problems, removal or reinstallation or to damage to video tapes, discs, speakers, accessories or vehicle electrical system. The
extend of NTL’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above and, in no event, shall the company’s liability
exceed the purchase price paid for this product.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY NTL IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NTL AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NTL’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE PURCHASER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. NTL AND ITS VENDORS
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER NTL OR THE
VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
CE Compliance Statement. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for EN55022 and EN55024 standards. This
equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications.
This device complies with CE Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1). This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
CE Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to
