Playing a Disc
With a compatible disc in the CD compartment [7]:
•
Press the PLAY/PAUSE key [4] to start playback.
•
Play will start from track 1
•
To pause playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE key [4]
while a disc is playing.
•
The LCD screen [17] will read “PAUSE.”
•
Press the PLAY/PAUSE key [4] again to resume
playback.
•
To stop playback, press the STOP key [11].
•
The LCD screen [17] will read “STOP.”
•
To select a track to play:
•
Press the SKIP UP key [3] to skip to the next
track. The LCD screen [17] will change tracks
accordingly.
•
Press the +10/ALBUM key [13] to skip forward
10 tracks. The LCD screen [17] will change
tracks accordingly.
•
Press the SKIP DN key [2] to skip back to the
previous track. The LCD screen [17] will change
tracks accordingly.
•
To scan through a track at high speed:
•
Press and hold the SKIP UP key [3] during
playback. Play will advance quickly through
the current track; release the key to resume
playback at normal speed.
•
Press and hold the SKIP DN key [2] during
playback. Play will reverse quickly through the
current track; release the key to resume play-
back at normal speed.
•
To select an album to play (MP3 only):
1. Press and hold the +10/ALBUM key [13]. The LCD
screen [17] will flash the current album number.
2.
While the album number is flashing, use the
SKIP UP and SKIP DN keys [3, 2] to select an al-
bum number. Press the +10/ALBUM key to en-
ter your selection. The LCD screen [17] will flash
“000” to allow you to select a track within the
album.
