To ensure all Navman Wireless hardware is installed and functioning properly all new installations and
field technician repairs must be verified through our web-based electronic system: Technician Service
Portal (TSP)
•
TSP is a website designed for access with mobile devices in the field, specifically a smart phone or tablet.
•
Use of the TSP and the Live Test System assists in gathering critical installation and vehicle data that is
needed to set customer’s Online AVL2 account.
•
The system tracks the progress and test results at the bottom of each test screen

Pending tests are shown as White text
–
Successful tests are shown as Green text with a check mark icon
–
Failed or skipped tests are shown as Red text with a red icon

Tests can be repeated by clicking on the test “Name”
