3-5 Changing the COM Port Number
Use these Advanced Settings only if you need to manually change the automatically allocated COM Port Number.
Advanced settings are not available when icon is gray.

Some mapping software has a limited range of
COM Port numbers (e.g. 1 to 4) so make sure the
COM Port Number selected is within that range.
Select a COM Port number that is not in use.
The COM Port Number
must match the COM Port
Number that your mapping software is using.
