level/condition, and check end play with dial indicator. 100,000(160,000)/–/12. Also at brake
lining service.
If wheel end play is found to be outside the 0.001
in. to 0.005 in. specification, or lube condition is
contaminated or low, then perform a full wheel end tear
down. Inspect bearings, spindle, and spindle nuts for
excessive wear and replace as necessary.
