Scooter Doesn’t Turn On
• Make sure the power button is switched on and
the battery indicator display is lit.
• Check Battery: Ensure the battery is fully
charged before trying to turn it on again.
Battery is not charging
• Inspect the Charging Port: Check the charging
port of the scooter for water, any visible
damage, or debris that could stop a good
connection. Gently clean it if needed.
• Check the Charger: Ensure the charger is
plugged in properly to both the power outlet
and the scooter.

Verify Power Source: Try using a different power
outlet to see if the scooter charges.
