AllNautilus
®
exerciseproductsarewarrantedtothe
commercialmarketpurchasertobefreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanship.Warrantycoveragevalidto
theoriginalpurchaseronlyandproofofthepurchasewill
berequired.Anyproductsoldorplacedinanapplication
notrecommendedbyNautiluswillvoidanywarranty
coveragesetforthbyNautiluswarrantypoliciesand
procedures.

What this warranty does not cover
1. Usersweighingmorethan350lbs.
. Anydamage,failureorlosscausedbyaccident,
misuse,neglect,abuse,improperassembly,improper
maintenanceorfailurefollowinstructionsorwarnings
inthisAssembly/ServiceManual.
3. Useofproductinamannerorenvironmentforwhichit
wasnotdesigned.
Limitations
Theforegoingwarrantiesareinlieuofandexcludeall
otherwarrantiesnotexpresslysetforthherein,whether
expressedorimpliedbyoperationoflaworotherwise,
including,butnotlimitedto,warrantiesofmerchantability
orfitnessforaparticularpurpose.Nautilusshallinno
eventbeliableforincidentalorconsequentiallosses,
damagesorexpensesinconnectionwithitsexercise
products.Nautilus’liabilityhereunderisexpresslylimited
tothereplacementofgoodsnotcomplyingwiththis
warrantyor,atNautilus’election,tothereplacement
amountofthepurchasepriceoftheexerciseproduct
inquestion.Somestatesdonotpermittheexclusion
orlimitationofimpliedwarrantiesorincidentalor
consequentialdamages,sotheprecedinglimitationsand
exclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Procedures
Warrantyservicewillinmostcasesbeperformedbyan
authorizedNautilusFitnessDealerorServiceTechnician.
Theoriginalpurchasermustprovideproofofpurchase,
Servicecallsand/ortransportationtoandfromthe
NautilusDealeristheresponsibilityofthepurchaser.
1. Nautiluswillhavetheoptiontorepairorreplaceany
exerciseproduct,whichrequiresservice.
. Nautiluswillreplaceanyequipmentframethatis
structurallydefectivewithanewframeorreplacethe
unitwithaunitofequalvalue.
3. Nautilusisnotresponsiblefordealerlaborchargesfor
thecomponentchangeoverscompletedafterthelabor
relatedwarrantyperiodstatedherein.
4. Ifyouelecttorepairanexerciseproductorpart
yourself,usingtheservicesofsomeoneotherthan
anauthorizedNautilusFitnessDealerorService
Technician,oruseareplacementpartnotsupplied
byNautilus,Nautilusshallnotbeliableforanycost,
damage,failureorlosscausedbytheuseofsuch
unauthorizedserviceorparts.
