Insert the stabilizing ring into the compact
port/extension ring as shown, until the flange of
the stabilizing ring sits on the bottom of the
threaded part of the compact port/extension
ring.
The
stabilizing ring
should be mounted to the respective compact port or compact extension ring
depending on the magnification of your choice, please refer to the circled part in the following chart:

Shooting tips:
Please plan and decide which magnification you wish to use before setting up the camera housing,
as this focus gear will only allow a fine adjustment of the focus distance but not the magnification. Once
the camera and lens have been set up, it is recommended to extend the lens all the way until it touches
the front glass of the port. Then retract the lens for about 2~3mm to allow fine focus adjustments.
