Attaching the Trex HD pouch to a belt or a 
lanyard 

Your healthcare provider will demonstrate how to secure the Trex HD pouch on 
your body using a belt or lanyard.  

Before attaching the belt or lanyard, the Trex HD device must be placed in the 
pouch with the zippers closed as much as possible. 

 

NOTE:

  The pouch and belt or lanyard system must be worn over top 

of your clothes. 

NOTE: 

Do 

NOT

 

place the belt/lanyard around the patient’s neck. 

Belt Setup 

To use the belt: 

1. 

Attach the pouch to the belt by threading it through the back of the 
pouch. 

2. 

Fit the belt snugly around your mid-section.  Ensure the belt is neither 
too tight nor too loose and that you are comfortable.
