19. STARTUP PROCEDURE:
1.
Remove the two lid screws and the Lid to access the inside of the unit.
2.
Make sure that all of the water and
CO
2
connections have been made.
3.
Open the Water Shut O
ff
Valve and check the system for leaks.
4.
Open the Pressure Relief Valve located on the carbonator tank by pushing down on the
Pressure Relief Ring as shown below. Keep it open until water
fl
ows from the valve then
close
it.
5.
Draw 2 gallons of water from each tap to clear the lines and
fl
ush the newly installed
fi
lters.
6.
Slowly open the
CO
2
Cylinder Valve completely and adjust the pressure at the Cylinder
Regulator with a target of 60 PSI and a maximum of 65 PSI. Check for leaks.
