Ethernet Power-On Defaults

The VXIpc-850 Ethernet circuitry loads its power-on settings from an
EEPROM. Switch S1 should not be changed from its default setting;
however, the directions to do so are included here for informational
purposes. Figure 3-14 shows the settings.
