Manual

This manual contains instructions for installing and configuring the
National Instruments VXIpc 800/700 Series embedded computer kit.
The VXIpc 800/700 Series includes all the models of the VXIpc-800
and VXIpc-700 embedded computers.

Organization of This Manual

This manual is organized as follows:

Chapter 1, Introduction, describes the VXIpc 800/700 Series of
embedded VXI computers, lists what you need to get started,
describes the hardware, and lists optional equipment and software.

•

Chapter 2, Functional Overview, contains functional descriptions
of each major logic block on the VXIpc 800/700 Series embedded
computers.

•

Chapter 3, VXIpc 800 Series Configuration and Installation,
contains the instructions to configure and install the VXIpc 800
Series embedded computer.

Chapter 4, VXIpc 700 Series Configuration and Installation,
