NI PXI-8119 User Manual

System CMOS

The NI PXI-8119 contains memory backed up by a battery to store BIOS
configuration information.

Complete the following steps to clear the CMOS contents:

Power off the chassis.

Remove the controller from the chassis.

Press and hold down the pushbutton switch SW1 for 2–3 seconds.
The SW1 switch location is shown in Figure 2-3.

Reinstall the controller in the chassis.
