Make sure the NI 9792 device power is disconnected.

Attach a ring lug, as shown in Figure 9, to a 14 AWG (1.6 mm) wire. Connect the ring lug to the
ground terminal on the bottom of the device using the ground screw. Attach the other end of the
wire to the system ground.
