the DESAT, FLT, and RST pins. IN+ is set to 5-V
DC
, and an 10-µs pulse is applied to RST. On the rising
edge of RST, the fault is cleared and the DESAT capacitor begins to charge. As the DESAT pin reaches
the DESAT threshold voltage, a fault is triggered on FLT, and the output goes into active turn-off. RST
must be toggled low, then high to reset the device, and the cycle begins again.
