Operating Instructions:
1. Make sure the solar panel is facing the sun, oth-
erwise the efficiency of the absorbed light energy
will be reduced. Angle the solar panel so that the
sun hits the panels at the right angle.
2. The most effective charging time is from 9:00
a.m. to 15:00 p.m. on a sunny day.
3. The efficiency of charging depends heavily on
current weather conditions.
1. Solar power:
To charge via the solar panel, ensure that the
panel is facing the sun. The indicator LED (2) will
turn blue to confirm that the internal battery is
charging.
2. USB charge:
When charging via the supplied cable, the indica-
tor LED (8) will flash red to confirm the internal
battery is charging. When the internal battery
is fully charged, the indicator LED (8) will stop
flashing red and all four indicator LEDs will turn
red.
3. Charging portable devices:
To charge your portable digital device, connect
the device via the connector. Before charging
your mobile phone, you can choose 500mA or
1A by pressing the power switch (6). If there is
no output from the charger for 30 seconds, the
charger will automatically shut down, and the
green LED indicator turn off.
When charging the device, one of the indicator
