You can clean your aluminium furniture with a non-abrasive sponge. use clear water with
a little soap. In order to avoid the appearance of traces during the drying, we advise you to
proceed to the drying with a terry towel, right after the cleaning.
Wood is a living material that is very aesthetic, warm and efficient but it requires maintenance.
It is recommended to maintain your wooden garden furniture twice a year. A first time in spring
and then at the end of the summer. The cleaning is done with a brush and warm soapy water.
But not with just any soap. The use of black soap or Marseille soap is preferred. rinse thoroughly
with lukewarm water. In any case, do not use a high pressure cleaner. If you want the wood
to keep its original colour over time, use a "colourless saturator" that nourishes the wood and
protects its natural appearance for a long time. Apply the saturator twice a year on wood that
has been cleaned beforehand with a dry cloth and apply it in the direction of the wood fibres. If
after cleaning, stains remain, you can then sand the surface with fine grain sandpaper. This is
the advantage of solid wood. If you have neglected the maintenance of your wooden furniture
until now, it is not too late to make up for the damage. Whatever your case, test your solution on
an inconspicuous area to make sure the result is what you want.
Wintering
In case of prolonged non-use or bad weather, it is recommended to store your product in a dry
place or to use a suitable cover to protect your it.
The cushions and fabric parts of nATErIAL products should be removed when not in use for
long periods of time. Brush the cushions regularly to remove dust. Be sure to store them in a dry,
ventilated area to prevent the development of mould or odours.
5. FAStEnInGS
For better stability and for your safety, tighten the screws once again around two
weeks after setup. Tighten the screws also at least once a year for a long-lasting
maintenance. Secure the legs firmly to the floor so that the product will not warp
or get damaged.
