Troubleshooting help
Problem(s)
Solution(s)
The unit is no longer operating.
- Check the power plug
- Make sure the front cover was closed correctly
- Your filter block may be saturated: make sure the “Pending filter block
change (leave the device switched on during replacement and confirm the
message before closing the front cover)” message does not appear in “Errors”
- Make sure the Planner is not set to OFF for a certain amount of time
(Settings - Planner ON/OFF).
The unit will not turn off
- Unplug your unit and wait a few minutes before turning it back on
- Make sure that Demo Mode is not active (Settings - Demo Mode OFF)
You feel cool air coming from
your unit
Cool air from the ground level is drawn up, filtered, and then propelled
out. This can make the air feel cool.

I can’t activate the UV-C
lamp(s) and/or the Active
oxygen feature
UV-C lamp(s) come in models EOLIS Air Manager 600, 600S, 1200,
1200S. Active oxygen comes in models 600S and 1200S.
My unit changes fan speeds
- Make sure that Active Mode is not on (smart mode)
- Make sure you have not programmed Active Mode or a set fan speed
in the planner
I activated Active mode,
and the device is showing
an abnormally high level
of pollution (PM2.5 and/or
VOC), but the air purifier is
not continually operating at
maximum speed
In Active mode, EOLIS Air Manager adapts its speed to the level of
pollution. If the level of pollution is high, EOLIS Air Manager will go up
to maximum speed. However, if the level persists, it will systematically
reduce its speed regularly for your acoustic comfort.
I changed the filter block, but
the unit is not detecting them
Open the front cover to run an immediate filter block test. Wait for the
message “Door open. New filter block?” and confirm. You can now close the
front cover. Make sure that the new filter block are NatéoSanté certified.
