While trying to connect with the kit, the
message "Connection Failed" is shown.

connection issues
• iOS: OS version equal to or above
11, iPhone 6S or models after 6S is
recommended
(Some outdated iPods
might be exceptions)
• Android: OS version equal to or
above 6.0 Mashmellow
(certain low-cost devices are exceptions)
The kit software is outdated.
Refer to the section '8.5. Checking
the kit information ' and check 'Kit
software'.
Update is required if the firmware
version is below 1.1.1. Please contact
customer service center.
