9.3 DOOR GLASS REPLACEMENT
A.
Place the door frame face down careful not to scratch the
paint.
B.
Center the gasketed glass inside the door frame with the thick
side of the gasket facing up.
C.
Bend the glass retainers located along the edge of the door
frame over the gasket holding the glass in place. Careful not
to break the glass.

WARNING
DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE MATERIALS.
GLASS MAY BE HOT, DO NOT TOUCH GLASS UNTIL COOLED.
CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN REMOVING AND DISPOSING OF ANY BROKEN DOOR GLASS OR
DAMAGED COMPONENTS. BE SURE TO VACUUM UP ANY BROKEN GLASS FROM INSIDE THE
APPLIANCE BEFORE OPERATION.
DO NOT STRIKE, SLAM OR SCRATCH GLASS. DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE WITH GLASS
REMOVED, CRACKED, BROKEN OR SCRATCHED.

9.4 PILOT
REPLACEMENT
A.
Disconnect the 2 wires from the IPI control and the pilot connection to the valve.
B.
Remove the 3 screws that secure the pilot plate to the valve train base.
C.
Gently pull the plate away from the valve train base.
D.
Remove the 2 screws that secure the pilot to the pilot bracket.
E.
Install new pilot and reassemble.
F.
Turn on gas supply and check for gas leaks by brushing on a soap and water solution.
