installation
A.
Connect the main burner gas fl ex line and the
pilot line to the gas fi ttings on the bulkheads
located under the valve access opening.
Care must be taken to ensure the pilot line is
not kinked or damaged and ensure gas tight
connections are made.
2.3 bulkheads

Connect the pilot electrode lead to the
bulkhead matching the 3/16" fl ag with the
3/16" bulkhead spade. Do the same with the
1/4” spark lead to the 1/4” bulkhead spade.

Ensure the venturi tube is over the orifi ces
before lighting.
D.
Check for gas leaks by brushing on a soap
and water solution. Do not use open fl ame.
E.
After leak test has been performed re-install
access panel with gasket.
2.4 media
tray
A.
Place the burner support over the pan burner as
shown below.
B.
Align the holes in the media tray with the holes in
the pan burner.

Bulkhead covers need to be removed. Refer to
installation manual for removal instructions.
