General Fault Detection and Diagnosis
If the failure is not solved after the above troubleshooting procedures, please contact the dealer or manufacturer for repair.
Fault Detection
The fixture won't boot up properly.
The fixture has an abnormal flicker.
1. Please check if the voltage of the power is within the
specified range.
2. Please check if there are any high temperature object near
that make the operational environment temperature too high.
Diagnosis
1. Please check if the power of the fixture is in "off" position.
2. Please check if there are any loose connection between the
power cord or port on fixture.
