5-1 Fitting the Header Assembly

The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important that at

least two people are used to fit or remove the Header Assembly.

The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is important

that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is available.

(e.g. steps, step stool etc.)

1.

Remove 2off pozi head screws (M5x12) and remove the connector cover.

2.

Place the header on to the monitor cabinet and slide it forwards so that it

engages under the fixing brackets at the front.

3.

Connect the connector, and refit the connector cover using the 2off pozi

head screws (M5x12).

4.

Retain the header in position with 3off pozi head screws (M6x30)
