MHz) Their operation is possible under the general
authorization number VO-R/1/04 2014-2 issued by The
Czech Telecommunication Office
NAM system,a s hereby declares that devices

are in conformity with the essential requirements and
other relevant provisions of Guideline 199/5/ES Gover-
nment Regulation number 13/2003 Sb Government Re-
gulation number 616/2006 Sb and Government Regula-
tion number 481/2012 Sb
“Declarations of conformity” are issued for communicators
REGGAE GT,
REGGAE GTbz,
REGGAE GTbz232
and REGGAE GTbz485,
these are stored at the device manufacturer
Operating

is not possible near medical instruments and other equi-
pment sensitive to electromagnetic field
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damages re-
sulting from interventions in the devices
