Cleaning the guide plate and the chain saw
1) Turn off the chain saw and cut off the power supply.
2) Remove the guide plate and chain.
3) Use a soft brush to clean the rear groove of the guide plate.
4) Use a soft brush to clean the chain.
5) Install the guide plate and chain.
Maintenance of sprocket
The operator cannot disassemble the sprocket on their own. If the sprocket is damaged or defective: please do not use the equipment and contact the dealer
for replacement.
Maintenance of the guide plate
1) If there are burrs on the edge of the guide plate groove, please polish it.
2) If you have any questions, please contact our dealer.
Grinding the chain
It is not advisable to use ordinary circular knives to sharpen the chain. Special circular knives must be used instead that are made specifically for sharpen chains.
The saw teeth should only be sharpened forward and unilaterally. Ensure that the saw teeth do not contact the saw blade when retracting backwards. Sharpen
the shortest saw tooth first. The length of the saw tooth is used as the reference size of other saw teeth on the chain:
a) The circular blade must match the chain pitch.
b) The circular inner blade frustrates the head from the inside out.
c) Grind in one direction according to the angle of the cutter head.
d) Please maintain the angle of the cutting edge.
e) Depending on the depth of the guide plate groove, the small teeth of the cutter head are wrong. (See figure below)

In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool's plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove
environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.
