Intended Use
This machine was designed and manufactured for mowing lawns, according to its cutting capacity.
This machine is intended for use by non professional operators (not professionals).
The machine is intended for domestic use only.
Before Each Use
• Before each use, you must ensure that the lawnmower is in a safe working condition. Inspect the blade and check all the safety devices and attachments as
well as all the nuts, bolts and screws to make sure that they have been placed with safety.
• When selecting an extension lead make sure that the extension lead is designed for outdoor use. Always choose an approved cable extension suitable for
the power rating of this tool. In case of using a cable reel, always completely unwind the cable from the reel. It is recommended that the mower must be
connected to a Residual Current Device (RCD).
Assembly instructions and main adjustments
Assembling the switch box
1. Before using the lawn mower, you need to assemble the switch box on handle lever as show in photos.
2. Align the groove of switch box to the guide rail , slide the switch box toward the rear handle.
3. Only with clips on switch box located in position to lock the switch box on handle lever as well as the assembly indication line ( 3.B ) aligned, then the
switch box assembled.
Assembling the handlebar
① Insert the lower handles 6 into the holes provided in the deck, secure with the Knob module 5 (A1).
② Attach the cable clips 4 to the upper handle 3(A2).
③ Attach the upper handle 3 with bolts and knob module 5 to the lower handles 6 (A3)
④ The upper handle 3 is height adjustable. Handles can be fixed in desired position I or II (A3).
Note: Ensure that the cable clips 4 are used to fix the cable to the handle.
Attach cable to cable hock 7 ensuring that sufficient cable slack is available (not for all models).
Ensure cables are not trapped when folding/unfolding top handles, Do not drop the handles.
Assembling the grassbox
① Push the grassbox handle into the slots in the grassbox upper until it clicks securely into position (B1)
② Slide the grassbox tongue into the slots in the grassbox lower until it clicks securely into position.(B2)
③ Starting at the rear of the grassbox, locate the grassbox cover into the grassbox by slinging the clips. Ensure all clips are correctly locate.(B5)
④ Fitting Fully Assembled Grassbox to Lawnmower(B6)
a. Lift the safety guard 7(B6-a)
b. Make sure the discharge chute is clean and free from debris
c. Locate fully assembled grassbox 9 onto location points at the rear of the deck as illustrated (B6-b)
d. Locate safety flap onto the top of the grassbox. Ensure the grassbox is easy locate.
Note: For non grass collection the mower can be used without the grassbox in position, with the safety guard 7 in the down position.
Adjusting the cutting height
Warning: release switch lever 10 and wait until the motor stops before adjusting height. The blades continue to rotate for a few seconds after the machine is
switched off, a rotating blade can cause injury.
Height of cut is adjusted by raising or lowering the Front and Rear wheels (C1&C2).
There are three heights of cut on this product.
Note: A medium height of cut is recommended for most lawns.
The quality of your mowing will suffer and collection will be poor if you cut too low.
