6. Install the two holes on the upper cover pressing plate horizontally on the
protruding smooth rods on both sides of the machine, press the upper cover
pressing plate tightly and tighten the lock nuts on both sides (note: be sure to
press the upper cover pressing plate tightly and tighten the lock nuts on both
sides to prevent the test tube pad and test tube from flying out at high speed);
7. Turn on the power and turn on the switch for operation.
4.3【Operating a multi tube vortex mixer】
1. Turn on the power, and the instrument is in an unset mode state.
2. When using LGB004-1, LGB004-2, and LGB004-3 standard test tube gaskets,
the maximum speed limit is 2500rpm (please refer to the list of six
fixtures for each type of test tube gasket). Press the MENU button, and
the speed display will flash. Use the up and down adjustment buttons to
adjust the desired speed.
3. When using any test tube pad in LGB004, evenly place the sample to be
mixed and switch to continuous mode, jog mode, or pulse mode;
4. Select continuous mode operation: press the MENU key and the space on
the speed bar will jump to set the desired speed; Pressing the MENU key
causes the minute bar to flash, setting the desired minute; When pressing
the MENU key, it flashes in seconds and sets the required second time;
After setting the above speed, minutes, and seconds, press the Enter key
and then press the Start/Stop key. The instrument will run at the set speed
and time, with the time counted down. When the predetermined time is
reached, the instrument will automatically stop. The display screen in
the time bar displays End, and the instrument will emit a "drip" stop
prompt sound.
5. Operation in pulse mode: Press the pulse mode, the yellow indicator
light will light up, and the number of pulse running segments will flash.
Then, press the Menu key to flash, and press the up and down adjustment
keys to set the running time gear; Press the Menu key again to flash, press
the up and down adjustment keys to set the stop time gear; After setting
up, press the Enter key and then press the Start/Stop key to run; The time
is countdown, and when the cycle ends, the "End" prompt sound will be
