Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able
to rectify a problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps that are listed, contact the customer service
department of nah-vital.

Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!

The device does not work. The control lamps do not light up.

The battery is empty.

Charge up the battery.

The Cleansing control lamp (5) does not

ash when the

device is connected to the mains power.

The mains plug is not inserted correctly in the plug socket or the
USB cable is not inserted correctly in the adapter or device.

►

Correct the fit of the USB cable and the mains plug.

The plug socket is defective.

►

Try another plug socket.
