Operating principle
The pressure receiving part of this product is a diaphragm which converts pressure into strain. The amount
of the strain is detected by the semiconductor strain gauge.
The detection circuit is the full bridge type whose four sides consist of semiconductor strain gauge. From
this bridge circuit, electric signals proportional to the strain are obtained. Then by the signal conversion
shown below, DC electricity or DC voltage is transmitted.
