supplied USB A to USB B connector.
•
Loaded CD in the M50 will be ripped automatically to the M52.

standby mode as shown by the amber status condition of the
Standby LED. Press the front panel Standby button to switch ON the
M52 from standby mode.

•
Only NAD service personnel can access the fuse holder in the
unlikely event a fuse may need to be replaced. Refer all servicing to
authorized NAD service centers.
7 AC MAINS INPUT
•
The M52 comes supplied with two separate AC power cords. Select
the AC power cord appropriate for your region.
•
Before connecting the AC power cord’s plug to the mains power
source, ensure first that the other end of the AC power cord is firmly
connected to M52’s AC Mains input socket.
•
Always disconnect the AC power cord’s plug from the mains power
source first, before disconnecting the other end of cable from the
M52’s AC Mains input socket.
FRONT PANEL CONTROLS
1 STANDBY BUTTON
•
With the AC power cord’s plug connected to the mains power
source and the other end of the AC power cord firmly connected
to M52’s AC Mains input socket, switch ON the rear panel POWER
switch for the Standby button to activate. The Standby LED indicator
will turn from amber to blue.
•
Pressing the STANDBY button again turns the unit back to standby
mode.
2 STANDBY LED
•
This indicator will light up amber upon switching ON the rear panel
POWER switch.
•
When the front panel Standby button is pressed to power up the
M52 from standby mode, this indicator will illuminate blue.
3 HARD DISC DRIVE (HDD) LED INDICATORS
•
Display the status of the three hard disc drives (HDD). The HDD
LEDs will be in blue color if they are all healthy and active.
•
If a disc drive fails, data will not be lost in this self-healing system.
Simply replace the drive and the system automatically reconfigures
itself.
•
The color of HDD LEDs remains in red if M52 is not connected to
a M50. If the HDD LEDs remained in red after connection, it may
indicate that a disk drive(s) is missing; if flashing red, there maybe
disk drive failure. Refer all servicing to authorized NAD service
centers.
